A year ago today, little Kelsey Girl was taken from this world. A year ago today, was a day that truly touched my heart and my life, and made me find my purpose. I’ll never forget when I was shown a picture of Kelsey playing 3rd base, the position I play.. and just thinking of her family and her mama who is a former OU softball Alum (Nicole Myers Nalepa). I decided to reach out to this family, because I felt in my heart I needed to, and little did they know... their entire family impacted my life. And someone I have never met in my life, was with me every single step of the way, to this day. That being Kelsey. Who knew, someone you’ve never met, could change your life forever?
