The 2018 Cross Country season is within a week of coming to a close, but I thought I’d share our #staffpic due to bethsach big W at the Richmond Half. Gerard is well known for hating photographs, so we decided to steer into the skid. Also the women’s team collectively took almost 4 full minutes off their 6K personal bests and 200 points from last year to this year, at the NCAA Southeast Regional. We did the math. It took 10 minutes off the 7 hour road trip. Fun week ahead digesting XC results and prepping for the finale.
