The excuse that they want to make sure NIL doesn’t interfere with a student athlete’s commitments is weak…
How about those working part time or full time hours to support the family, what about club sports, what about other drama they deal with, what about anything distracting…
Those students aren’t worth “looking out for”?
Potentially limiting compensation?
Who’s going to make that decision?
Better load up on insurance for the lawsuits.
