Ya girl was feeling under the weather for a couple days. Felt kinda weak coming back to the gym, but slowly getting better!

•Elevated Goblet Squats 4x20 (not standing all the way up at the top to keep tension in the quads)
•Cable Lat Pull Over 4x15,15,10,8 (up weight on last two sets)
•Lat Pull Down 3x12
•Leg Extensions 4x20,15,12,8 (upped weight every set, last rep on each set hold for as long as possible)
