Don’t ever be discouraged on using lighter weight to work on your form or just using lighter weight in general. We are all in the gym to work on different things and to reach our own personal goals!
Workout:
4x10 Lat Pulldowns
3x8 (each arm) Single Arm Lat Pulldowns
4x10 Rear Delt Flyes
4x12 Face Pulls
Pull Ups: I try to do 3 sets of as many pull ups I can do. Assisted pull ups are always a good option as well!
