Some things I do to work on my back🤭
3x12 Lat pull downs
4x10 Incline reverse fly
4x10 Seated face pulls
Wide grip pull ups. I been working on pulls for a long time, if you’re not able to do pull ups just yet, first try assisted pulls ups with a band or the assisted pull up machine! (I try to do 3 sets. First set 10 reps, second set try to get 10 reps, third set as many as I can)
