When it comes to partnership, sprouts isn’t ducking around! Unless they’re releasing ducklings in our fields 🤣 We recently welcomed the Sprouts team to Richvale, CA for a field trip! 👇 🌱First stop? The nursery, where baby rice is born… by which we mean that we study, select, and cross natural, non-GMO varieties of rice for exceptional taste, quality AND compatibility with our regenerative organic farming practices. 👨‍🌾Then we got into hip waders and out in the fields to see those regenerative organic farming practices firsthand—like drowning grass weeds and drying up aquatic weeds instead of dousing our fields in chemicals! 🦆 We even released ducklings that were rescued from rice fields earlier this year so they could be incubated, hatched, and raised until they were ready to be released back into the wild.
