Last night, a proactive Temple Station training officer and training deputy conducted a pedestrian stop of a person walking in city_of_duarte . Once the Temple Station deputies concluded their investigation, they arrested the suspect for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drinking from an open container.
