If you want to be in the best shape of your life, stop what you’re doing and listen: 1. Find a form of exercise that you ENJOY🏃♂️ Don’t underestimate the power of joy and actually having fun. When you enjoy the type of exercise you’re doing, you’re more likely to keep going and remain consistent 2. Stop dieting🍎 if you’re feeling restricted by your diet, stop cutting out things entirely and instead just enjoy them sparingly. If you want chocolate, have chocolate! (Just maybe not the 200g bar that you know you could demolish in one go...) 3. Stop caring what other people think❌ If your sole focus is physical change, remind yourself of how you’re actually getting stronger, whether you can see it or not. -
