“Entering university as a shy girl, I was scared of meeting new people, forging new friendships and, above all else, change. Joining the Ambassador Program in my second year has been one of the best decisions I made during my time at the U of A. Not only did I break out of my comfort zone and learn new skills, I also created a family within the program I could always count on. Coming into university I had a set path I intended to follow, but I learned that it is normal to experience change, and that change should be embraced. I am so grateful for all the opportunities I have received throughout my studies and I am thrilled to see what the future holds.” Khushi is this month’s featured U of A Ambassador. She recently completed the third-year of her undergrad studying Pharmacology, and is excited to begin her first year of Pharmacy School at the U of A this fall. #UAlberta
