Calorie consumption is extremely important. It’s the most important factor when it comes to your fitness results. My suggestion would be to download MyFitnessPal (it’s free) to accurately track your caloric intake. For the most part, we habitually eat the same foods every day. If tracking calories is too much at first, research the calorie content of the foods you typically eat and work your way from there. Don’t over complicate it
