DEVILS WIN!!!! Luke Hughes sealed the deal in OT to give the #NJDevils their third consecutive victory!! It was, of course, assisted by his brother Jack, who had a three-point night and now has 29 points in 16 games. Akira Schmid was dominant with an impressive 44 saves (.936 SV%) as he’s starting to show why he deserves to be the starter. They seemed to have survived injury scares from Nico Hischier and L. Hughes, and Timo Meier will likely be back tomorrow (vs. SJS). Things are starting to come together. The Devils are now a point behind the third Metro playoff spot and three points behind second place. WOO!! 😈
