The #NJDevils have traded C Tyce Thompson to the New York Islanders in exchange for LW Arnaud Durandeau. After a strong preseason, Thompson struggled in Utica (AHL) and seemed to fall out of favor with the Devils. Durandeau has equally struggled in his own right, but had 55 points in 68 GP for the Bridgeport Islanders last season. The six-foot winger is only 24 years-old, and previously played with Timo Meier & Nico Hischier for the Halifax Mooseheads (QMJHL). 😈
