GAMEDAY!!! The #NJDevils are back to take on the reigning Eastern Conference champion Florida Panthers at The Rock. There will be a strict emphasis on getting off to a hot start after two abysmal first periods back-to-back to kick off the season. In doing so, Head coach Lindy Ruff has moved Ondrej Palat up to the first line and promoted Dawson Mercer to the third. It will certainly be interesting to see if this change sparks the team. However, it will be no easy task against a good Panthers squad who will be hungry after a winless two games. Vitek Vanecek will likely get the start in between the pipes. He was very strong in the Home Opener, so a repeat performance of that would be huge. The game will be televised on MSGSN. WOO!! 😈
