The longest tenured Devil will no longer be wearing Red and Black. Damon Severson has been dealt to Columbus, and signed an 8 year, $50 million extension with them. In return, the #NJDevils will receive a third round selection in this upcoming draft (80th Overall). Damon scored 58 goals and notched 205 assists in his nine seasons with the Devils, and was a workhorse – averaging 21:11 TOI in his 647 games. Though unfortunate, this was a move the Devils likely had to make with Simon Nemec coming through the pipeline. CBJ got a great one. Best of luck, @dseves7!! ❤️🖤
