DEVILS WIN!!!!! Dawson Mercer’s first career hat-trick led the way to help the #NJDevils rout the Penguins to complete their season sweep!! The 21 year-old forward now has a remarkable 27 (!!) goals on the season, as he’s completely broken out. Vitek Vanecek was stellar himself, stopping 22 of 23 (.957 SV%) in the win. Dougie Hamilton and Nico Hischier both had multi-point nights as well. The Devils are now 2 points away from the MOST wins in franchise history!! This was an excellent response following their worst game of the season in Winnipeg. WOO!! LGD!! 😈
