DEVILS WIN IN OVERTIME!!!! Timo Meier got the scoring started, as he notched his first goal as a Devil!! Jesper Boqvist was phenomenal, scoring two for himself in the contest. The third line of Palat - Haula - Boqvist dominated the entire night. The #NJDevils were a little sloppy defensively, letting a two goal lead slip away. Thankfully, they were able to get it to the OT and the rest was history. Nico Hischier stepped up by winning a big draw and immediately going up ice on an odd-man rush, then firing it home for the dub. The best part of this all is that we don’t have to travel to a college campus the rest of the season. The Devils are now NINE (!!) points ahead of NYR, with a game in hand. In the driver’s seat. Gotta love it. WOO!! LGD!! 😈
