DEVILS WIN!!!!! Jack Hughes’ 33rd goal of the season sent the #NJDevils into the All-Star Break on a happy note, as they now have a 32-13-4 record!! It’s time to say it: Jack Hughes deserves MVP consideration. Yes, Connor McDavid will win it. But Jack is basically a lock for two points every night, and now has 64 points in 49 GP. Just unreal. This was another game where the Devils didn’t play *great* but Vitek Vanecek kept them in it – this time stopping 28 of 29 (.943 SV%). In all honesty, the past few weeks for the Devils has not been great in terms of their actual play. It hasn’t mattered, however, because Vitek has played amazing and their star players have been coming up with clutch goals. The All-Star Break is coming at a perfect time, and they *should* be getting John Marino back for their next game versus the Canucks. Enjoy the break, fans!! Plenty of Jack Hughes content will be coming as he gets to showcase his talents on a national stage. WOO!! LGD!! 😈
