The #NJDevils fell in a heartbreaker last night - losing by a goal to the Philadelphia Flyers. Damon Severson’s egregious turnover was the difference, as he put the puck right on Konecny’s tape for a breakaway, and he capitalized. Lindy Ruff was quoted after the game saying the turnover was “unacceptable”. The Devils played well for the most part, outshooting Philly by 25 (!!) Unfortunately, Carter Hart was dominant and the Devils had trouble finishing chances. They also got themselves into penalty trouble. They’ll look to bounce back on Saturday night against the Florida Panthers. 😈
