DEVILS WIN A THRILLER AT THE GARDEN!!!!!!! The #NJDevils made a MASSIVE statement tonight as they overcame a two-goal deficit and took down the Rangers!! They have now moved to FIRST in the NHL!!!! Tomas Tatar and Yegor Sharangovich quickly answered to knot the game up at 2, and then the onslaught continued. Jack Hughes scored yet AGAIN on a breakaway, continuing his recent dominance over our rivals. Then Mikey McLeod put home a rebound, adding some much needed cushion. Play got a little sloppy, but Vitek Vanecek kept them in it as he has every. single. night. He stopped 35 of 38 (.921 SV%) including a few key saves on the PK. I’ve said it time and time again - this has been absolutely surreal. Devils fans showed out at the Garden, making this all the more special. What an atmosphere. The rivalry is finally back. WOO!!! LGD!!! 😈
