DEVILS WIN!!! The #NJDevils have shut out the defending Stanley Cup Champions!! Jack Hughes’ powerplay tally was the only one needed, as the Devils rose up to the task and played very evenly with Colorado. Vitek Vanecek stopped 24 of 24 (1.000 SV%) in his finest outing as a Devil, including all 8 on the penalty kill. The Devils’ penalty kill was outstanding as they went a perfect SIX for SIX against the best man advantage in the league. Overall, this was a stellar victory and shows what this team could be capable of if they stay healthy and get good goaltending. WOO!! LGD!!! 😈
