DEVILS WIN!!! Alexander Holtz’s goal kicked things off for the #NJDevils and they did not look back. Mercer, Hughes, and Sharangovich found twine in quick succession, as the lead nearly slipped away but Tatar sealed the deal with an empty netter. The team has just a couple more cuts to make before Opening Night on Thursday in Philly. The H2O line had some very good chemistry, which might have saved Holtz a spot on the roster. Simon Nemec, from the eye test, looks like he has some growing to do and will likely be sent to Utica…meaning Kevin Bahl would make the team. Overall, a very promising and successful outing by most of our regulars come late this week. They finish with a 5-2-0 preseason record. LGD!! 😈
