I’d love to see more opportunities for homeownership, like rent-to-own programs where your timely rent payments help you build towards owning your home. Some banks are offering great programs, even below market rates, thanks to the Community Reinvestment Act. It’s important for markets to work fairly, and when they don’t, we need tools to help bridge the gap. Let’s make homeownership more accessible for everyone.
