For the longest time, portraits have been one of my absolute favorite things to make. And for the first time in quite a while, I had the opportunity to do just that last month at soundandfuryfest. And while there are a few more portraits to come, I wanted to lead off the series with a portrait that wasn’t even on my list of people I thought I would be photographing and I am beyond thrilled that I was able to, and also remembered how to, ya know, use my Pentax for portrait work. I didn’t take as many portraits as I had hoped to (a bit of social anxiety won out there), but I am so happy with each of the ones I did make.
Thank you julienrbaker for the time and for agreeing to a couple of quick photos.
Also: the BIGGEST shout out and thank you to morganxnewell. These scans are beautiful and I am so appreciative of the work you put in to turn aroun...
