Presenting at ASSP #Safety2024 was a dream come true! Even though it was the last session on the last day, people I didn't even know showed up to hear me nerd out about my research on Informal Safety Leadership. I received so much support from my ERM colleagues, my mentor melissawr2007 and several from my #WISE network as well as great questions and feedback after the session. ✨️ Can't wait to keep this momentum going and see where it lands!
