We all need a nypdfirstdep pre-race pep talk. 👏🤩 Today was a special day for the young women of our summer NYRR Run for the Future program. Through the sport of running, Run for the Future creates opportunities for a diverse group of New York City young high school-age women in an inclusive environment. Today these runners participated in their first 5K race at the #Harlem5K. A million thank yous to our Run for the Future Ambassador and race buddy NYPD Deputy Commissioner Tania Kinsella who was in attendance to provide some wise pre-race words of encouragement. 🤗🥳 Show some 💙💙💙 to our entire #NYRRRunForTheFuture team!
