November is #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth. We work to support family caregivers through our Empowering Parents and Caregivers Together (EmPACT) Associate Resource Group. We were honored to have Marlene Gonzalez, Author of Brain Boost, share some words at a recent EmPACT event. This workshop helped show our associates how to focus on the essential things, set accurate achievable goals, and communicate better with their work peers and family at home.
