What a week it's been. About this time, one week ago, I was getting prepped to have my renegade gallbladder removed after it set off another episode of pancreatitis.
Glad to say, each day there is less pain and I am only taking a little Tylenol in the evening. Not wanting to tempt the hernia, there will be no heavy lifting or core activation for three weeks. I won't be doing much more than walking and running until September. I am grateful for this body, once a traitor and turncoat, that is also healing up and seeking wholeness.
