Landon Barker, BLUDFEST REVIEW: With every show he plays, it feels like Landon Barker is coming into his own as an artist more and more. And in absolutely packing out the second stage at BLUDFEST, the feeling is clearly mutual amongst those joining him on this journey. Though it's pretty easy when the collection of songs you have to your name is as infectious and varied as this. 'Pretty Faces' would slot nicely into any UK indie playlist you have to offer, whilst 'Over You' is the pinnacle of balladry; heartbroken but not beaten yet. Though it's in his command of pop-punk that Landon really shines, with 'Want You Back' and 'Do It Tomorrow' pulling from the genre's past whilst sounding fresh enough to help shape its future. Managing to feel timeless as he does timely, Landon's next step could be a huge one.
