"Meet the Member" Paul Joon Kim was born and raised in Cerritos, California and moved to Atlanta, Georgia when he was 9 years old. When he was 10, he started playing drums through private lessons. He did four years of marching band at Walton High School, and after graduating from there in 2013, he began attending the University of Georgia where he is currently a second year student pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in computer science. Paul has marched the QAQ since 2012 and this is his 4th season with Atlanta Quest. This past summer he marched quads at the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps and plans on returning for the 2015 season and of course, all he knows is Paru. Word Son. #AQLife #wgi2015
