For the “we need to protect the athlete”crowd… But their solutions seem to all limit how athletes can participate in #NIL This is why my stance is the biggest need in #NIL is the ability to vet businesses and agents before they engage in deals with athletes… My assumption is that this wasn’t the agent’s only time conducting himself in a shady manner.
