Tomorrow, I’m going to experience and embrace the full spectrum of the human experience—all the way through 100 miles. I’m going to feel it all. Feel it all will again be my mantra, and so much more. I will have all of you in my heart while I’m out there—through the highs, lows, and everything in between. I’ll be running for all those who have struggled with mental health, depression, suicidal thoughts, and suicide itself—those here, no longer with us, and those who have loved ones who have too.
