Hi everyone!!! My name is Mary Helen Miller and I have the privilege and joy of serving as Panhellenic President here at Samford! I can’t believe it’s almost time for everyone to be back on campus! And that means…….recruitment is almost here!!!!! YAY!!!!! The recruitment team has been working so diligently to make sure that every single potential new member feels loved, seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. We are READY to shower y’all with love! I wanted to share some words of wisdom for every PNM as a sentimental senior (🥲). Recruitment is fun! Being in a sorority is fun! All of it is so amazing and wonderful and full of blessings! But not a single bit of it defines you. Greek life is meant to ENHANCE your college experience, not DEFINE it! I pray that the community you find here at Samford will give you shoulders to cry on in the valleys and friends to celebrate with on the mountaintops, but this community will likely extend beyond the Greek letters you wear.
