Start on the wall with the load & lift, making sure you’ve got the right projection angle and posture. Then progress to the switches!
After mastering the wall drills start loading the acceleration posture with a resisted march! I prefer pushing a prowler/sled whenever I’m coaching someone for the first time. It’s smooth transition from wall to prowler!
