Dato’ Mohd Azizulhasni Awang OLY was disqualified in heat 1 of first round of Men’s Keirin, thus crushing the hopes of the nation in what could be his swansong on the Olympic stage. The silver medallist in Tokyo 2020 had overtaken the derny - the motorcycle pacing the riders - before the bell, thus denying him another shot at the podium.
