Ingredients: 4 Cobs of Corn 1/2C Mayo 1T Sriracha 1t Paprika 1t Salt 1/2t Cumin 1/2t Pepper Cotija Cheese Lime Combine the spices, combine the sriracha and mayo. Grill the corn until preferred doneness. Let it cool a little and then spritz with lime juice. Lather on the spicy mayo. Sprinkle on the seasoning blend and roll in the crumbled cotija! Enjoy!
