Here is what a training day with corosglobal looks like in my preparation for the Vienna City Marathon. π€πΌποΈ As of right now, I am 11 weeks away from the race, which still leaves plenty of time to train. I am slowly starting to increase my weekly running volume while also trying to listen to my body because I frequently experience knee and ankle problems. πΆβπ«οΈ Right before I started with my training block, I imported all the data for the workouts into the Coros TrainingsHub on my browser, created a trainings plan and synced it to my watch. πβοΈ This way, when I wake up for my 5am runs, I just have to get dressed, do my warm-up, and start the preset workout on my Coros Apex 2 Pro and do whatever it tells me to do. Itβs as easy as that! π€π» The big display on the Apex 2 Pro model really helps me read all the real-time data I need during intense and fast runs as well as on the easy zone 2 runs. Heart rate and pace alerts are pretty cool too. π«ππ½
