Pray First Day 9: Repentance Christ Jesus, because of your kindness, I’m turning to You now. I know I’ve made mistakes and sinned against You alone. Open my eyes to the sins in my life that I overlook or don’t realize I’ve committed. Cleanse my heart and make me new. Please forgive me, refresh my spirit, and help me change. Thank You for the act of love You did on the cross, for making a way back to relationship with the Father. Holy Spirit, I need Your guidance. I want to turn to You instead of to the things that keep me from You. Help me think, speak, and act in ways that reflect who You are. Give me strength to live a life that honors You. Fill me with peace and help me see myself as loved and forgiven. Thank you, I love you. In Jesus’ name I get to pray, Amen.
