It’s the season for layers after all. This deceptively simple Gingerbread Viennois boasts beautiful layers of coffee, crema, and whipped cream – and yes, it tastes just as good as it looks.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Whip Cream - 90ml
• Honey - 5gr
• Gingerbread - 10gr
• Nespresso Vertuo POP (Orange)
• Whip Cream Siphon
• Vertuo Coffee Mug
How to make it:
1. Brew a Gingerbread capsule 230ml directly into the Vertuo coffee Mug
2. Add the whipped cream on top of the coffee
3. Garnish with some gingerbread cubes and honey
