Why not try our festive and effervescent Forest Spritz, made with our seasonal Forest Fruit Flavour capsule and subtle hints of lemongrass. Ingredients & Materials: • Forest Fruit Flavour coffee capsule • 6x Ice cubes (30g each) • 10ml Sugar Cane syrup • 1x Laurel leaf • 60ml Sparkling water • 2x lemongrass branches • Forest berries for decoration • Reveal Cold Recipe Glass • Cocktail Strainer Let’s Make it Happen: 1. Muddle 3g of fresh lemongrass in a small jug, and extract 230ml of Forest Fruit Flavour coffee over it. Let it infuse for 3 min. 2. Put 6 ice cubes into a Reveal Cold Recipe Glass, add 10ml of sugar cane syrup, pour 60ml of sparkling water, stir it and add a Laurel leaf. 3.
