For the artist, light is an open language that can illuminate our experiences and our memories, transforming pain into beauty. When iconic Viennese coffee houses closed their doors this past year and patrons were encouraged to stay home, Coeln transformed these cafés with radiant, chromatic light. In an immersive exhibit, now featured in the windows of the Nespresso Atelier in Vienna, Coeln invites passersby to peer through magnifying glasses and to enter into these illuminated spaces, experiencing the power of light for themselves.
