Today’s lower🦵body focused training session was different from the normal strength and power work development I usually perform - like deadlifts, squats and lunges.
Today, I used thefootcollective to test my toe and foot balance⚖️, stability, mobility, and flexibility.
All of these athletic characteristics are very much neglected by athletes. I also added in some juggling while performing the wrestling related split stance exercises to also test my hand✋ - eye 👁️coordination 🤹 - which is very applicable for MMA👊 and wrestling.
It’s important to not forget when at the gym;
Balance, Mobility, Stability and Strength do not🚫work against each other as many people believe‼️
Balance, Mobility, Stability and Strength work together➿as friends🤝
You can only express your strength in the ranges of motion (mobility) that your joints can balance and stabilize.
