Our friends at umbcdining have been hard at work this summer with some updates to food options on campus! ⚫️ We are thrilled to welcome Sushi Do to the UMBC campus. Not only will Sushi Do offer made to order Boba tea, they will also offer a hot Chinese entree bar, hand-rolled sushi, and a rotating menu of Ramen and Udon noodles. ⚫️ While it's not quite new, we knew that we needed to continue to offer an option for burgers on campus now that Sushi Do was occupying the entire mezzanine floor, so we're incorporating some of the most popular items from RBC into Absurd Bird & Burgers. ⚫️ After the success of the Indian menu at Student Choice, we have rebranded the station Indian Kitchen for the upcoming school year. ⚫️ Beginning this fall, the Teaching Kitchen will be offering fresh, authentic, made to order international dishes. Under the guidance of Chef Eric, guests can expect dishes such as pupusas, bao, Korean rice bowls and more!
