In the first round of the Championship Showdown tournament, the Lancers had 24 rebounds, 16 assists, 12 steals, three blocks, and a free throw percentage of 75% to defeat FL Schlagle. At the end of the first quarter, the Lancers led 16-13. By halftime, the Lancers had a 14 point lead and the score was 31-17. At the start of the fourth quarter, SM East was up 49-22. Senior Dillon Mong led all scorers with 13 points and had five rebounds. Senior George Kopp scored 11 points and got five steals. The Lancers defeated the Stallions 60-26.
