That’s a wrap on our learning journey with Fadescha! 🌟 Over 10 sessions, ADA Fellows engaged deeply with the voices and lived experiences of the structurally marginalised, exploring Queer Labour and the labour of everyday survival. They examined Fadescha’s ‘Qworkaholics Anonymous,’ which reimagines de-addiction programmes, and created their own manifestos for the future. In their public lecture, Celebrate, Educate, Abolish, Fadescha expanded on their transdisciplinary practice rooted in Queer Anarchist politics and the intersectionality of caste-based subjugation. Next up is the third Masterclass on Nature and Ecologies with writer, curator and self-proclaimed “mycophile” Yasmine Ostendorf-Rodríguez, from 27 September to 5 October 2024.
