As in, what makes you happy, motivated, or excited? What makes you, you? A: I’m obsessed with my dog, Gertie. Her foster mom named her that because she’s always been super wrinkly and looks like a little old lady. I was looking though Petfinder, planning to get a dog that would be about two years old and 30 pounds, but then I stumbled across Gertie. She was a five-month-old puppy who’d grow to be 60 pounds, but she had the cutest photos and sounded like the sweetest girl, and I knew I had to have her! I did a meet and greet and immediately agreed to foster her for a month before I was then able to adopt her.
