The first team .5 selfie of the season to celebrate the completion of preseason 2-a-days! 🤳 This team put.in.the.work this week! They went from a conditioning session into hockey, back into weights, team meetings and bonding, all to do it again that evening. Late nights and early mornings, good vibes, lots of laughs, and tons of acknowledgments make us feel like the Team 8 fhamily is very real already. There is something special about this group! We get to finish our preseason on a high note with a doubleheader scrimmage playday at Roanoke vs Sweet Briar and Roanoke tomorrow to showcase all we’ve done in training this week! 🏑 #fhamily #preseasontraining
