Earlier this month in Olympic_NPS, veterans and active-duty service members enjoyed a day of fly fishing and reconnecting with nature. After a fishing demonstration and educational talk, the participants found their spots along the rocky beach and set off fly fishing. Participating service members were presented with an Interagency Military Annual Pass, which provides entrance or access for one year to more than 2,000 federal recreational sites, including all National Park Service sites, for current military members and their dependents.
