A day in the life of my soccer work days post ACL surgery⚽️🫶🏽 Starting off the day with rehab and leg workout to regain strength in my left leg🏋🏽‍♀️ then I had a work meeting today plus checking my emails and creating my session for the day⚽️ after I went to my old JUCO to coach, I’m one of the assistant coaches and today was a fun recovery day since they had a game yesterday💙🤍 after that I went to prepare for my group soccer session later⚽️ and then ended the day with some chipotle, which I never do, because I was to lazy to make dinner today🌯 and that’s what my Friday looked like!
