Final NESCAC Spotlight of the summer!
A Dublin, Ohio native, Dan Lee graduated from
@williamscollege with honors and a degree in biology. Lee completed his thesis with Professor Allison Gill where he investigated how nitrogen fertilization impacts bacterial community composition in terrestrial soils. His previous work in Professor Gill's lab was published in the journal Ecosystems.
Lee, who was inducted into the National Scientific Research Society, Sigma Xi, has worked in a microbiology research lab at Montana State University, as a National Science Foundation (NSF) fellow and interned at an investment bank in Manhattan.
Lee was a two-time winner of the ‘Sinc’ Hart Award, given to an
@ephsports player who has been a valued goodwill ambassador to the community through community service. He has been on the board of several affinity groups, was a volunteer at Berkshire Medical Center, and served as a teaching assistant across several disciplines. After graduation, Lee plans to work...
